Migration to Abbysinia

Quraysh's demand from king of Abbysinia

When the infidels of Makkah saw that the Muslims were moving towards Abyssinia, they became more depressed. There was a danger to them that if this was done, more of the Muslims would go to Abyssinia and our power would end. They oppressed the Muslims and banished Umr bin Aas and Abdullah bin Rabiha to Abyssinia.
 (History of Islam Akbar Shah).

When the unbelievers of Makkah saw that Abyssinia King Najashi did not listen to anything and there was no use in going there, they came up with a plan. They asked each other to go to Hazrat Mohammad ØµÙ„Ù‰ الله عليه وسلم and lure him or if he threatened, he agreed. Because of this advice, they sent a rich man, Utba, to Hazrat Mohammad ØµÙ„Ù‰ الله عليه وسلم. He offered you the highest rank in wealth and power. Hazrat Mohammad ØµÙ„Ù‰ الله عليه وسلم said the same thing,

Whatever you have heard in my turn is wrong. I don't care about wealth, respect, fame. You listen to this Kalam, you have understood all the reality.

Then they recited some verses of surah Ha meem sajdah. As soon as he heard the word of Allah, he was stunned and he got up and left. Quraish was sitting waiting, he immediately got up and asked about. He said to them that I had come after hearing such a Kalam, which is neither Kahanaat nor magic nor mantra. You listen to me and leave Mohammad ØµÙ„Ù‰ الله عليه وسلم in his condition, people said in sorrow the magic of  Mohammed's tongue has gone on him.
