22 Jamadi al-awwal people took Bait on the hand of hazrat Ummar and then Hazrat Ummar gave a sermon.
In this sermon, you announced your actions.
First of all, he praised Allah, then blessed the Messenger of Allah.
After that, Hazrat Ummar said,
All say Ameen,
O Allah, I am weak, make me strong.
O Allah, I am hard, make me soft.
Oh Allah, I am stingy. It made me generous.
Then he said,
"If I had thought that someone was stronger than me to carry this burden, I would have liked someone to cut my neck."
Then he said,
Allah has tried me with me and after my friend, He has tried me with everyone.
By Allah, whatever your matter will be in front of me, No one else will do it except me.
I will hire a real person to solve the problems that are out of my reach as soon as possible.
If they are fine, I will treat them well.
If they misbehave, I will punish them severely.
